What we collect

We collect only what's needed to make your videos: the photo you upload, your child's first name, and the story details you choose in the chat. We never ask for more than the story needs.

How photos are used

Your child's photo is used solely to shape their character in the video you ordered. It is sent to our AI generation partner for that single purpose, is never used to train models, and is never shared with anyone else.

Where your stories live

Finished videos are stored in your browser's library and kept on our servers for 7 days so you can re-film or download them. After that, they expire from our servers automatically.

Deleting your data

You can clear your library from your browser at any time. To have a photo or video removed from our servers sooner than the 7-day expiry, email us and we'll delete it within 48 hours.

Children's privacy

StoryBerry is made for parents. Accounts and purchases are for adults only — children should always use StoryBerry together with a grown-up.
