Refund policy
Fair and simple, like the price.
Last updated June 12, 2026. Every video is $2.99 — if it isn't right, we fix it or refund it.
The short version
If a video doesn't generate properly or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll regenerate it for free or refund your $2.99 in full. We'd rather lose three dollars than a bedtime.
When you're entitled to a refund
A refund is always available if your video failed to generate, arrived corrupted or unwatchable, or clearly doesn't reflect the photo and story details you provided. Request it within 14 days of purchase.
When we'll regenerate instead
If the video works but something looks off — the character doesn't quite look like your child, or a scene feels wrong — we'll regenerate it free of charge first. If the second attempt still misses, you get your money back.
What's not covered
Because every video is generated uniquely for your child, we can't refund videos that were generated correctly and downloaded, simply because tastes changed. AI-generated art varies a little from render to render — that variation alone isn't a defect.
How to request one
Email hello@storyberry.app from the address you used at checkout, with the order email or video link. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
